Our trained Therapists will set-up a Mvua Relaxation Zone in an area of your choice and will offer therapeutic massages including Head, Neck & Shoulder Massages, Back Massage, Foot Massages and Hand Massages to target work stressed muscles to ensure relaxation and an over-all sense of well-being.

There are eight dimensions of wellness: occupational, emotional, spiritual, environmental, financial, physical, social, and intellectual. Each dimension of wellness is interrelated with another. Each dimension is equally vital in the pursuit of optimum health. One can reach an optimal level of wellness by understanding how to maintain and optimize each of the dimensions of wellness.

Our History

The concept behind Mvua Heritage was started in 2014 by Astine Muchiri who having worked in the Spa Industry locally and abroad, realized that what worked 10 years ago in the Beauty Industry might not cut it with current wellness and spa trends. Spotting the gap in the provision of fully structured training programs in wellness, Mvua Heritage was born in 2016.

Today, Mvua Heritage is a holding company for the Mvua Group, which currently comprises of the Mvua Health and Leisure with Mastery in wellness and spa services; Mvua Institute offering specialized training in ( Personal development, hospitality, Beauty Therapy, Spa & Wellness; Mvua MedSpa Resources which provides consultancy and wellness business management solutions and Spa Products Manufacturing as the Group's flagship development project
