Except as provided in this paragraph, this Agreement may not be amended.

Through the Website ( www.mvuaspa.co.ke) Mvua Heritage LTD is providing you with information about products and services offered by Mvua Spa at the comfort of your environment this will include massage ,skincare (facial sessions) and Nail grooming, along with:- (a) the ability to schedule, modify and/or cancel appointments (b) Ability to acknowledge the cost of treatment and 80% additional mileage cost to your location. (c) Ability to prepay your services before treatment commences (d) Ability to make all your payment via Mpesa buy goods services till number provided by Mvua Heritage (e) provide information to and complete forms with our therapist regarding massage and facial session.(f)purchase and/or redeem gift cards. (g) Purchase of massage and facial product as a client(i) complete customer satisfaction surveys. (j) view opportunities and apply for employment with Mvua spa.
You must (1) provide all equipment necessary for accessing the Website (2) provide for your access to the Internet to use the Website and (3) pay any fees related with such Internet or equipment.

IF YOU HAVE A DISPUTE WITH Mvua MedSpa TREATMENT YOU MUST FIRST SEND WRITTEN NOTICE OF THE NATURE OF THE DISPUTE TO INFO@ MVUASPA.COM TO GIVE THE MVUA SPA WITH WHICH YOU HAVE A DISPUTE THE OPPORTUNITY TO RESOLVE THE DISPUTE INFORMALLY THROUGH NEGOTIATION. You agree to negotiate resolution of the Dispute in good faith for no less than three (3) days after you provide notice of the Dispute.
